- Oracle user with knowledge of warehouse and inventory management modules.
- Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures.
- Maintains competency in all Logistics functions.
- Maintain acceptable working relationships, attendance, and punctuality.
- Effectively communicate with Supervisors and across (other department) functions.
- Act as a liaison to help solve issues.
- Adheres to all safety regulations.
- Demonstrates support of Dover core values.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Warehouse Technology Transformation implementation support
- Proposed / designed solutions testing.
- WMS supporting peripherals deployment.
- Training out of enhancements to appropriate warehouse personnel.
- Supporting work instruction & documentation to align with transformed processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3+ years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
- 1+ year of Warehouse Experience.
- Supervisor/Lead experience.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate, problem-solve and work effectively within the outside of the department.
- 1+ year of Oracle experience preferred.
- Powered Industrial Vehicle Experience preferred.
