Description
The Conversion Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. They ensure that production runs smoothly, meeting quality standards and production targets.$18hr (All shift train on 1st shift)
Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, including but not limited to converting machines, laminators, slitters, and rewinders.

Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, performing inspections and making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and address potential safety hazards.

Production Support: Assist with setting up production runs, including loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing test runs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including production logs, quality control reports, and maintenance records.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the production team to optimize workflow and achieve production goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical education or certifications in manufacturing or mechanics is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a role involving machine operation or maintenance.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
