Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Nurse to join our healthcare team.
As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals within the community.
Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to improving the overall health outcomes of our patients.Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and response to treatment
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Valid nursing license
- Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a community or home healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical records management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types:

From $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
