I am interested in self-defense classes. I am preparing for a competitive exam for the prison guard corps, I am a woman and I am 47 years old. I would be interested in a beginner's course, although in recent years I have taken karate classes up to the orange belt. I stopped this discipline when I started preparing for my exam, and last year I started a beginner's course in jiu-jitsu. I believe I do not have enough knowledge with this training to move on to a level beyond beginner. Currently, I am not in good physical shape.
