On behalf of our client, an international, young, dynamic lifestyle company located east of Munich, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for the French-speaking market in a direct permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for customers in the back office environment
  • Preparation of offers and followup
  • Continuous monitoring and tracking of delivery status and taking appropriate action in case of delivery delays
  • Complaint management
  • Supportive tasks for the sales team

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial education and ideally first professional experience in customer service or a service industry
  • Fluent in German and French, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • Communicative personality and strong service mentality
  • High affinity for the fashion and lifestyle industry
