Your tasks:


  • Planning, controlling and monitoring of painting and external insulation projects in Regensburg and surrounding areas
  • Analysis of requirements and development of project strategies
  • Consultation and support of customers on site
  • Finding uncomplicated solutions
  • Quality assurance
  • Documentation of construction sites
  • Budget control
  • Customer acquisition and support, including preparation of offers
  • Coordination of construction sites and monitoring of deadlines

Your qualifications:


  • Completed apprenticeship as a painter and decorator, plasterer, drywaller or similar trade
  • Customer and service orientation for uncomplicated solutions
  • Honest communication skills, organizational skills and personal responsibility
  • Innovative thinking, creativity and the ability to keep track of complex project situations
  • Experience in leading our exceptionally strong team (desired)
  • Completed apprenticeship as a master painter or a degree in civil engineering, architecture (desired)
  • Experience in managing painting and external insulation projects, especially in largescale projects
  • Knowledge of construction
