What you can achieve with us

  • Independent project management and control of the sub-project "Track Construction" in the Munich tram network, from detailed planning to construction and acceptance (phases 5-9)
  • Participation in coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of planning, construction supervision, and inspection services
  • Preparation of tender and award documents and supervision of planning and inspection services
  • Conducting risk management, schedule and cost control for the "Track Construction" sub-project in collaboration with project management
  • Documentation, review, and evaluation of contract amendments, as well as participation in enforcing resulting claims
  • Preparation and obtaining of internal and external approvals necessary for the implementation of the project in the "Track Construction" field
