We are currently looking for several

Full-time lawyers (m/f/d) in the Securities Supervision department

for a permanent position in full-time or part-time as a consultant at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.

The broad range of tasks in securities supervision allows us to find a role that matches your individual strengths and interests. As part of the executive federal administration, you will have a direct impact on legal matters, working side by side with experienced colleagues and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Addressing fundamental issues and contributing to national and European regulations

Monitoring transparency requirements for issuers

Supervising trading activities on capital markets and disclosure obligations

Supervising securities institutions and financial
