    Description
    Responsibilities Noblis is positioned to provide a Management Analyst to decision makers in the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) office under DHS to address threat anticipation, identification, and analysis support to DHS components and other decision makers

    Threat understanding at its earliest point possible is critical to driving counter activities employed by DHS components and partners, and protecting the U.

    population and assets from naturally-occurring and man-made threats

    Responsibilities include:

    • Technical editing and writing of policy and strategic products, standard operating procedures and other relevant documentation.
    • Briefing key CWMD staff and external stakeholders on tasks, projects, and other work activities.
    • Attend meetings and provide written summaries for the client.
    • Innovating new processes and knowledge products to enhance policy and strategy decision-making in the CWMD/CBRN mission space
    Required Qualifications


    • Active Secret Clearance or ability to qualify for a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
    • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security suitability adjudication (i.e., security screening)
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 3+ years of professional experience.
    • Excellent communication skills to include technical writing and editing, and oral presentations

    • Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
    • Well organized, critical thinker, exceptional customer service skills for engaging with federal government clients.
    • Ability to work tasks autonomously and follow through to completion.
    • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests.
    • Competence to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
    • Previous professional work with federal, state or local governments entities.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of CWMD and/or CBRN areas of work

    Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
    The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
    Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
    The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees
    Posted Salary Range USD $70, USD $123,900.00 /Yr
