I am 35 years old and due to my pregnancies, I have gained 20kg. I have a lot of cellulite and I feel weak and very tired. I need to feel good about my body again. Currently, my life is very stressful because I am focused on work and family, but I need to make time to take care of myself. What better way to address this issue and put an end to my discomfort than through exercise. I must warn you that I have never exercised before, and I believe a trainer can motivate me and help me not give up.
