School-Based Behavior Consultation focuses on skill development & challenging behavior reduction for student success SBBC provides ABA therapy & behavior support interventions in-school & in-home to improve social skills, academics, vocational skills, functional skills, & communication.
This is accomplished through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) & in collaboration with other specialists, school staff, the students we serve, & caregivers.

We are a team of professionals and experts in Applied Behavior Analysis who partner with & equip individuals with autism spectrum disorder, caregivers, community support staff, and/or school team members to gain the skills needed to reach their full potential.
Vision:
We envision individuals with autism spectrum disorder throughout East Central Indiana gaining access to more inclusive settings and having greater autonomy in life, as a result of SBBC's service provision.
SUMMARY
The Clinical Director is
responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients served.
This person is responsible for overseeing the clinical team's performance, including BCBAs, BAaBAs, therapists, and consultants, and monitoring program progress.
This person acts as a liaison between families, school representatives, and other contracted parties and SBBC on behalf of clients.
The Clinical Director also analyzes data collected by behavioral therapists and program supervisors to determine if interventions created are effective in achieving desired behavior change for clients.
If not, the Clinical Director coordinates with the clinical team, provides coaching and training in order for the team toimplement ABA strategies to bring about the desired behavior.
The Clinical Director reviews and evaluates the supervisor's treatment plans and ensures they are evidence-based and clinically appropriate for the client's needs.
This role involves having strong clinical experience and ability to effectively and appropriately apply and individualize Applied Behavior Analysis based on the client's individual needs.
WORKDAY
As the SBBC Clinical Director you will be required to work approximately 40+ hours per week during typical building hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
COMPENSATION
This position is considered full-time, salary and is commensurate with experience and education.
Salary $82,ooo - $98,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Director:
Utilize the principles of ABA, including reinforcement, prompting and fading, shaping, chaining, maintenance and generalization, extinction and punishment (including DTT, NET, FBA, FAA, and other behavior analytical procedures as needed) to develop, update, and analyze goals and data in collaboration with supervisors.
Responsible for intervention planning and implementation of clinical cases and developing behavioral strategies that assist caregivers in implementing the treatment and/or plan.
Track and ensure compliance regarding legal, ethical, and safety issues including working with families and vulnerable populations.
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and act in compliance with the BACB.
Oversee clinical services being provided in-school, in-home, in-center, and community settings; responsible for ensuring quality and integrity of services.
Conduct training of behavioral therapists as needed.
Conduct weekly internal team meetings.
Shares responsibility with the scheduling coordinator for maintaining the client's schedule of sessions and for tracking and coordinating all hours and make-up sessions.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Attend case conference committee meetings, conduct school observations, and/or support parents in communication and collaboration with schools and other service providers.
Develop, execute, and oversee the operational, financial and clinical objectives of the company with respect to operational efficiency, financial performance, clinical quality, and strategic growth of ABA services in the local market.
Mediate and diffuse any tension concerning clients, caregivers, or team members that may arise in all of SBBC's service settings.
EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related behavioral science field
Three years experience in clinical management role
Three years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Five years experience in clinical management role
Five years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
CPR and CPI certification
Drug screen and criminal background check required for hire
REPORTS TO
The Clinical Director reports directly to CEO
