JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the scheduling of non-medical, in-home support service hours for caregivers which provide comfort, safety, and general supervision of adult clients as well as home management services.
Works with the entire Comfort Keepers staff to coordinate care and helps facilitate caregiver review and coaching to ensure the highest possible quality of care to the clients.
Participates in management on-call rotation. Assist with hiring and training caregivers.QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must demonstrate satisfactory completion of any stated mandated training.
Applicant must be bondable and meet or exceed minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks: Criminal Background Investigation, Professional and Personal Reference Checks, and give permission to submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to Comfort Keepers policies and procedures, be able to function in an office setting with mínimal direct supervision and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.
Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high standards of honesty and integrity.
Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Mail) Will need to master additional software including Calendar, Scheduling System & Clear Care system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Establishes and grows relationships with caregivers and clients including families/representatives.
- Create schedule based on client's Plan of Care service needs.
- Fills all caregiver/client shifts and ensures that they are attended daily/weekly.
- Assist with supervising caregivers ensuring they are skilled, knowledgeable, and capable of meeting the needs of clients. Provides counseling/couching as needed and escalates concerns to HR director/Management for counseling. Contributes input to caregiver evaluations.
- Responsible for working with HR Director to conduct 90 day and annual performance reviews for all caregivers.
- Responsible for communicating with caregivers on client wellbeing. First point of contact for caregivers with client concerns.
- Responsible for tracking client/employee complaints and incident reports for quarterly quality assurance meetings.
- Data input client information into the system for all new and prospective clients.
- Communicate and caregiver training to HR Director as recognized.
- Must uphold all Comfort Keepers policies and procedures.
- Participates in inservice and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by immediate supervisor.
- Completed required documentation of services delivered and submits to office in a timely manner according to policy.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding client information.
