YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Advising departments on corporate law matters * Providing targeted support for extensive corporate law projects * Establishing and developing corporate compliance, including data protection * Handling tasks related to corporate housekeeping (e.g. communication with authorities, drafting shareholder resolutions, etc.) * Drafting and reviewing contracts YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * You have a degree in law or a related field * You have experience in corporate law and compliance * You have strong communication and organizational skills * You are fluent in German and English
