Description

We are looking for a part time Receptionist for our beautiful Oak Park Place Wauwatosa location.
The hours are Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday and Friday 4pm-8pm and every other weekend 8am-4pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organization in offering exceptional care to seniors in a warm and caring environment.

As a smaller company, we cater to our resident's needs, and take pride in providing an employee friendly work environment.

What you'll be doing:

Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
A pleasant and friendly attitude
