Job Description

Jay Walker – Allstate Agency, located in Lilburn, GA, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative.The ideal candidate will have sales experience and the ability to close deals. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set but you will need to obtain your Property and Casualty license prior to start date.

We are looking for a competitive sales insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers' portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm's reputation.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Generate insurance quotes, and close sales.
Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Qualifications

Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
Sales Experience required
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Able to influence others.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Driven and goal-oriented individual
