    Responsibilities


    JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic CHARGE NURSE to provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources, and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients.

    Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.

    Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship.

    Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty
    • ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent
    • Current AZ State RN license in good standing
    • Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
    • American Heart Association ACLS obtained within six months of hire

    Preferred:

    • BSN
    • Charge Nurse experience
    • Previous experience with personal computers

    Pay Range
    $ $63.77 /hour
