HR Administrator (m/f/d) - Payroll & Time Management
Our HR department currently consists of seven employees and serves as an internal service partner, provider, and important strategic advisor for the entire Salus Group.
Here's what you can look forward to:
- Independent payroll processing for a defined group of employees
- Maintenance of all master data in our payroll system (Loga) and time tracking system (Atoss)
- Point of contact for our employees and managers for all questions regarding payroll and time tracking, as well as for authorities and health insurance companies for all related inquiries
- Key user function in time tracking
- Creation of reports in the areas of payroll and time tracking
- Active participation in projects and project management for payroll and time tracking
What sets you apart:
- Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or further education as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in payroll and time tracking
- Indepth knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- Team and communication skills, as well as a friendly, courteous, and discreet demeanor
- Structured, independent, and accurate work style
- Excellent MS Office skills
