Join our dedicated team at our Marine City location as a Controller - Public Price Law (all genders) Reference number - FCMP 616 Strong Responsibilities Ensuring consistent business and price law principles for public contracts and funding Participating in the creation and implementation of the annual principle and planned cost review Determining bid prices while considering public price law and contractual requirements Advising external and internal organizational units on matters of public price law Maintaining and administering relevant audit templates and IT systems Supporting the conception and further development of business applications in IT systems while considering price law requirements Ensuring process transparency in the listed individual tasks and their general applications Participating in the preparation of documents for various decision-making bodies in the technical and financial departments Process and workflow optimization, as well as further development of related IT systems Actively contributing to the ongoing change process and identifying and implementing potential optimization approaches Ideal Qualifications Completed degree in business administration or comparable education Several years of relevant professional experience in commercial bidding and order processing or controlling Good knowledge of English IT affinity and solid user knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3 Teamwork, communication skills, and conscientiousness Enjoyment
