Description
Responsibilities:
- Matching and posting commercial and retail deposits
- Post inventory receipts and tickets
- Process quoted commercial deliveries and post in computer system
- Billing commercial and retail deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior accounting experience is preferred
- Detailoriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
