Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Keep accounts payable and receivable up to date with Quickbooks
  • Perform data entry, manage files, and organize documents
  • Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives by scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information accurately

Skills:


  • Must know Quickbooks well
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate records
  • Office management capabilities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Experience as a personal assistant to support senior staff effectively
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure errorfree documentation
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Clerical expertise in handling various administrative tasks
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Customer support skills to assist clients with their needs

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
