Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Keep accounts payable and receivable up to date with Quickbooks
- Perform data entry, manage files, and organize documents
- Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating meetings
- Act as a personal assistant to executives by scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information accurately
Skills:
- Must know Quickbooks well
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate records
- Office management capabilities to ensure smooth office operations
- Experience as a personal assistant to support senior staff effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure errorfree documentation
- Customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries promptly and professionally
- Clerical expertise in handling various administrative tasks
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and in a timely manner
- Customer support skills to assist clients with their needs
Pay:
