As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
• Process payments and handle cash transactions using a cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and menu items is a plus
• Basic knowledge of bartending preferred
