Our company is currently seeking a Travel And Payments Specialist to join our team We specialize in services for pharmaceutical and medical device trials with a focus on building and enhancing the connection between patients and researchers to improve research study outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients and site nurses to understand unique travel and transportation needs
- Research and book travel and transportation arrangements according to patient needs
- Effectively communicate programs and travel bookings to patients and site nurses
- Perform data entry
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service focus with ability to establish solid relationships
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team setting and selfmotivated to work independently
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; Word; Access; Outlook)
- Previous customer service, call center and/or medical experience helpful
