- Ensuring smooth IT operations
- Implementing a new ERP landscape
- Managing the entire IT infrastructure
- Implementing and optimizing IT solutions
- Ensuring IT security
- Proactively monitoring system performance and resolving issues
- Implementing IT projects in various areas
- Collaborating closely with business departments
- Managing external service providers
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar IT-related field
- Several years of experience in a leadership IT position
- In-depth knowledge of all areas of IT
- Experience in implementing new ERP systems
- Experience in leading IT teams
- Strong project management skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- High level of customer service orientation
- Solution-oriented approach and high level of initiative
