Hoffbauer Care and Ernst von Bergmann Care - that's care at Hoffbauer. For our senior care facilities at Hoffbauer Care and Ernst von Bergmann Care in and around Potsdam, we are looking for qualified nursing professionals (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • You promote the satisfaction and quality of life of our clients through individual, holistic, and activating care and support
  • You perform necessary nursing tasks according to specific medical conditions and basic needs
  • Planning, evaluation, and documentation of nursing processes are part of your responsibilities, as well as handovers, case discussions, and nursing visits

Your profile

  • Qualification as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • You have empathy and are willing to treat our clients with respect and appreciation
  • You are structured, able to work in a team, and make decisions
  • You can coordinate your work independently
