Job Overview:
Home Environmental Quality Engineering is a consultant company serving Southern California. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities:


  • Writing reports
  • Making /answering calls and scheduling appointments with customers
  • Assigning jobs to Technicians
  • Driving to customer's locations to drop off gifts, letters etc.( few times a month)
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing inquiries
  • Perform various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist in event planning and coordination for company meetings or special events
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to handle calls in a smooth way

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
