McKinnon is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us. We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Track Builder / Civil Engineering Specialist (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG / Regional Maintenance at our location in Neudietendorf. The vocational school and training workshop are located in Königsborn near Magdeburg. If certain requirements are met, we will support you with longer travel distances (e.g. financially).

What to expect in your apprenticeship:
  • You will work on various construction sites, repairing and maintaining structures such as bridges
  • You will work with state-of-the-art machinery and different building materials
  • You will learn how to use surveying equipment
  • You will learn how to excavate deep trenches, set shafts, and secure them
Your profile:
  • You have (or will soon have) successfully completed school
  • You prefer working outdoors rather than in an office
  • You are dedicated and reliable
  • You enjoy working in a team and are willing to help out
  • You welcome the opportunity to work at different locations and have varying working hours, including night shifts
