Our client is a manufacturer of handheld measuring devices and measurement and control systems for moisture measurement. With over 50 years of experience in production and development, they are a market leader in various measurement methods. In addition to high-quality and extensively tested technology, they also offer optimal service and individual consultation. To support their team, they are currently seeking a full-time Production Manager (m/f/d) in Bellewood, KY. This is a direct hire position. Are you interested? Your responsibilities:

Supervising personnel
Creating, implementing, and enforcing documentation (work instructions, assembly instructions, repair and service manuals)
Improving production processes in coordination with development
Circuit diagrams/component knowledge
Material preparation
Measurement technology/measuring devices
Inhouse repairs and troubleshooting for production returns

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed training and several years of professional experience as: Information and Communication Electronics Specialist, System Informatics Specialist, Industrial Electronics Professional, Physical-Technical Assistant, or in the field of Mechatronics
Soldering skills preferred
First experience in leadership
