    Prestigious law firm in Orange CA is seeking an associate attorney with 0 to 4 years' experience in civil litigation, construction, commercial and insurance defense related work, personal injury, surety, tort litigation, general liability, with excellent research, writing and advocacy skills.

    This qualified candidate will assist supervising attorney in trial preparation, court filings, document production and records management.

    Must be able to draft pleadings, including complaints, answers, various types of motions and oppositions, attend hearings, taking and defending clients & experts in depositions.


    Limited hybrid working arrangements are available. Salary is commensurate with experience.
