:Equinox Innovative Systems is a Tech Startup specializing in tethered UAS which was recently acquired by TCOM LP.
We are looking to hire a full time Executive Administrator to support the President of Equinox with daily tasks, calendar and inbox management, and general operational awareness.
This is an on-site job in Columbia, MD.Benefits:

Requirements:
- Wholistic tracking and management of the President's professional and personal calendar including deconfliction of schedule when the need arises
- General tracking of President's tasks and responsibilities and providing reminders based on priority
- General knowledge of all active company contracts, tracking complications and notable events, and informing the President when his attention is needed
- General knowledge of Business Development opportunities providing reminders of follow ups and proposals due
- Creating and maintaining documents within the company server to track and report on business operations
- Office Management including inventory and stock management of Administrative supplies and Business Development materials
- Facilities Management including keeping and maintaining an inventory of company owned IT assets, desk space, furniture needs, and conference room rentals
- Interfacing with vendors (such as janitorial and landlord, maintenance, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigneed
