    Accounts Payable CoordinatorABOUT THE COMPANY

    Our client is a leading Property Management organization and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the Accounting team. Great office environment with flexible hours. Everyone has their own office and work as a team. They have a work hard, play hard mentality Start ASAP

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
    • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will review invoices that have been sent over from various properties.
    • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will handle data entry of invoices.
    • Will handle the weekly check run, which involves printing, stuffing and mailing checks.
    • Will be posting and confirming invoices are coded directly.

    EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:

    • Accounts Payable
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong data entry
