How You Can Make an Impact

Support the HR Business Partner (w/m/d) in their daily tasks
Assist with all administrative matters related to operational HR activities
Get to know our location and its various business areas
Actively support ongoing HR projects (e.g. People Development, Compensation, etc.)

What You Bring

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field ideally with a focus on HR
Strong interest in the role of HR Business Partner (w/m/d)
Flexibility and enjoyment in working with people
Ideally, some previous practical experience in HR
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German and good English skills
