General Summary:
This position provides administrative support to the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Company.

Major Responsibilities:
- Arranges all company travel and monitor expense.
- Orders all company printed materials, furniture, cellular phones and office supplies.
- Assists in the operations of all trade shows.
- Arranges all supplies and maintenance for company business machines.
- Maintains emergency contact information.
- Maintains logs of travel and cellular phone expense by employee.
- Arranges seating for all new employees.
- Maintains inventory of promotional items and office supplies.
- Assists in operations of showroom & additional offices.
- Manages updates of all donations and company sponsorship information
- Communicates all office delivery needs for special test cases to stores and showroom
- Assists in the backup as needed of reception
- Manages reconciliation of monthly AMEX card for travel office and trade show expenses
Secondary Functions:
- Partners with MIS for basic extension list and cell phone list.
- Partners with HR in ordering all company related gifts (flowers, etc.)
- Other duties as needed.
- Special projects as required.
- Special Events organizing

- Under general supervision, solves problems for self. Complex problems are referred to supervisor.
- Under direction, examines basic information and/or situations and prepares summaries or draws conclusion for evaluation by others.
- Majority of decisions are made utilizing established policies and procedures, and concern self and/or work responsibilities only.
- Work responsibilities occasionally concern confidential and/or sensitive information requiring the use of discretion.
- Teamwork and cooperation are essential to the successful completion of own and others job duties.
- Ability to understand and follow somewhat complex verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
- Job duties are widely varied, and frequently require attention to and or coordination of concurrent job duties.
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- 13 years experience in a related field.
- Must be proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent Organizational skills
