Job Description:
As a Bilingual Receptionist/Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk


Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal staff.
• Conducting intake assessments and gathering necessary information from clients.
• Communicates and resolves problems with patients/clients' referral sources, and insurance companies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
• Some experience in customer service or receptionist roles and healthcare business is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); especially Excel
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
