Kitchell is looking for an
Field Laborer to join our
Kitchell Environmental Services team in
Phoenix, Arizona.

This position will travel at least 75% of the time through the state of Arizona and will require at least one overnight stay week.

All qualified travel expenses (lodging accommodations, meals) will be provided. Use of personal vehicle for travel will not be necessary.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet work plan.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to environmental specifications, regulations, work plans and applicable safety regulations.
• Initiate daily safety inspections and enforce safety with Kitchell Environmental and subcontractor employees.
• Develop and maintain communication with inspectors, vendors and visitors.
• Assist with and comply with a process and procedure program to insure that contract requirements and industry standards are met.
• Assist Field Manager I in implementing all field labor, material purchase and cost coding functions.

Education and Experience

• Two years of fieldrelated work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check including a drug screening

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid drivers license
• Motor Vehicle Record with no restrictions or suspensions.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the position is moderately active and the employee is frequently standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching and climbing.
• Ability to driver a motorized vehicle
• The position will be sitting and standing for long periods of time.
• The employee may frequently life and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Travel Requirements

• Travel within the state of Arizona is required 75% of the time and will consist of up to two overnight stays a week.
