Are you looking for a Summer job to gain experience working in an office setting and in the real estate field? If so.

Clifton Court Management is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team this summer as a Jr. Leasing Agent.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our property management operations, assisting prospective tenants throughout their leasing journey and providing exceptional customer service to our current residents.


This is a great opportunity for a High School or College student.

Responsibilities:


  • Show apartment units to prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Generate leases and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current tenants, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Collect monthly rent.
  • Assist with various office duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • Ability to reliably commute to Clifton Park, NY (required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
