Project planning and technical/commercial processing of projects up to 1 million euros in technical building equipment (TGA)

Monitoring of minor repairs, maintenance work, and maintenance measures in the field of HVAC

Independent creation and processing of offers and orders

Quality control and documentation

What you bring

Completed studies, technician (human), master (human) with a focus on the trades of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing or completed training as a systems mechanic SHK (human), gas and water installer (human) or heating and ventilation builder (human)

Knowledge and experience in creating and calculating offers and maintenance contracts
