REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

At least two years experience in coding and billing (not required but highly preferred)
Proven experience with ICD10, CDT and CPT codes
Proven experience with interpreting Explanation of Benefits
Proven experience with medical terminology

Skills/Job Requirement

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain flexible and adaptable
Ability to follow HealthLinc policies and procedures

Technology Skills

Operate a multiline phone system and other office equipment including printers, fax machines, etc.
Basic software skills (Microsoft Office, EHR, online sources, etc.)
