The Information and Technology Services department manages and organizes all IT services for DKMS worldwide. For a modern and service-oriented organization like DKMS, data security is essential and the use of state-of-the-art technology is crucial. The Workplace Management team is responsible for providing a reliable and secure IT work environment. This includes end-user support as well as managing our external service desk.

IT Onsite Support Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

Monitoring the system status of workstations and IT components in close proximity to workstations (e.g. printers or conference rooms) at all locations and resolving any occurring errors and disruptions on-site or via remote maintenance

Handling of disruptions and service requests as well as escalation to downstream support units or service
