    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving payment discrepancies
    • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
    • Utilize accounting software such as Sage to record and maintain financial transactions
    • Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations
    • Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
    • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Work with private equity firms to provide financial information and support investment activities
    • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
    • Manage accounts receivable process, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and resolving customer inquiries

    Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage or similar programs
    • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
    • Experience with financial statement preparation
    • Familiarity with private equity accounting is a plus
