Job Summary:


The Ford Certified Master Technician/Foreman at Napleton Auto Group will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Ford service department in Columbus, Wisconsin.

This individual will be a skilled and experienced technician who will also act as a mentor to other technicians in the department.

They will ensure that all repairs and maintenance services are performed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction and building a positive team atmosphere.


Compensation & Benefits:


This is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry with a compensation range of $30 to $45 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:


Job Overview:
Ford Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of automotive service quality and customer satisfaction

This person would assist in training, mentoring, and motivating junior technicians under them and is a strong bumper-to-bumper technician with gas and diesel engines

Ability to follow Ford diagnostic procedure

Expert level in diagnosing and repairing vehicles up to manufacturers standards

Repairing, setting up, and diagnosing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems

Including gas, diesel, hybrid, and/or EV

Train, coach, mentor, and motivate technicians under you


Requirements:

Must be a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician

High-level of positive energy

Operates solely on Integrity and Honesty

Positive Attitude, hardworking, reliable, and professional

Diesel Experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to train or mentor technicians
