Description

Construction Manager / Project Manager / Architect for Natural Stone (m/f/D)

We are looking for a Construction Manager / Project Manager for Natural Stone to lead our construction sites (new construction and restoration) in McAllen for long-term reinforcement.

Responsibilities

Solution-oriented management of construction sites from preparation to acceptance, focusing on deadlines, quality, and costs

Coordination with clients, client representatives, and subcontractors if necessary
Preparation of measurements and plans
Collaboration with production and procurement
Coordination and supervision of teams on the construction site
Management of all project correspondence
Final billing and acceptance of construction sites, as well as documentation

Requirements

Completed technical training or engineering degree, such as stonemason master and technician, construction technician, civil engineer, architect, or equivalent
Experience in construction, construction management, or working with natural stone
Knowledge of construction standards and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably with experience in CAD software, and willingness to learn company-specific software (BauSU, DOCUframe)
