- Serves as coaching, design, and support resource for end users with an emphasis on increasing efficiencies with use of the EHR.
- Analyzes existing workflows to promote improvements for greater efficiency in patient care.
- Provides clinical application support via onsite and virtual rounding.
- Designs, creates, and configures IT support solutions.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of relevant experience.

Summary:
Provides on-site and virtual support, design, and configuration for multiple clinical computer applications, with primary focus on EMR for the system.
