Executive/personal Assistant to Coo - Irvine, United States - Trusted Tech Team
Description
Essential Functions:
_
- Manage and maintain the COO's busy calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, both in the office and offsite.
- Arrange both workrelated and personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Liaise with other departments and staff to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects as assigned by the COO, both in the office and offsite.
- Handle logistics for meetings and events, including coordination, setup, and followup, both in the office and offsite.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):_
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Peopleoriented and clientfocused mindset.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours.
- Valid driver's license for offsite errands and other related duties.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves):_
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Flexible and able to handle unexpected challenges with composure and professionalism.
