Description

Essential Functions:
_

  • Manage and maintain the COO's busy calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, both in the office and offsite.
  • Arrange both workrelated and personal travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Liaise with other departments and staff to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Handle ad hoc requests and projects as assigned by the COO, both in the office and offsite.
  • Handle logistics for meetings and events, including coordination, setup, and followup, both in the office and offsite.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):_

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, timemanagement, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Peopleoriented and clientfocused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours.
  • Valid driver's license for offsite errands and other related duties.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
