Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Personnel Consulting

for our location in Essen, as a part-time student assistant.

Your responsibilities

Identifying candidates in our internal database and external networks

Enthusiasm for building a candidate network in finance, office, and HR using social media (active sourcing)

Pre-selection of suitable candidates

Conducting independent telephone or video interviews

Writing job profiles, candidate profiles, and job advertisements

Coordinating appointments and participating in job interviews

Attending job fairs and information events

Researching new sources for personnel recruitment

Handling project
