Pediatrics physician job in California :

Join a growing system of community health centers in California's Central Valley This FQHC is hiring a caring and compassionate BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team inLos Banos, California.

Opportunity Highlights

Outpatient clinic with well-baby newborn rounding to meet the parents
Flexible schedule: choose a 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hours per week)
Practice equipped with Epic EMR as well as Dragon and Virtual Scribe

Compensation and Benefits Package

Base salary range is $224,000 - $256,000 with a bonus potential
$20,000 sign-on bonus
Full benefits include low-cost health insurance, FTCA occurrence-based malpractice insurance, payment of licensure/DEA, 403B matching program plus defined pension plan contribution, employer qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and HPSA (score 18), CME time & allowance, Paid Time Off (17 vacation days, 10 holidays, and 7 sick days), J1 waiver and H1B visa sponsorship available through HHS, and much more

Community of Los Banos in California's Central Valley

Los Banos is home to more than 45,000 people and is in the Northern San Joaquin Valley of central California. The town is part of Merced County which is experiencing rapid growth and is home to over 255,000 people. From nature parks to stellar restaurants and an arts and culture scene, there's plenty to do in this city. Los Banos is well known for its many wildlife refuges, parks, and wetlands. You can spend time lounging in green spaces such as Ortigalita Park, Citrus Park, and The Park. Los Banos has many unique museums like Milliken Museum, a popular museum for locals. There's a rich art and culture scene, with performing arts centers like Los Banos Arts Council at the Ted Falasco Arts Center. There are a variety of unique eateries and restaurants that appeal to every palette in the city. Los Banos is about 40 minutes from Merced and roughly 90 minutes from both the San Jose International Airport and Monterey, CA.
