Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Specialist in Saudi Arabia Qatar


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT service delivery solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures in accordance with industry best practices (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, and service level targets to meet business needs and expectations.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, including identification, prioritization, resolution, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with IT service management standards and policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT staff and endusers on IT service management principles, processes, and tools.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT service management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management certification(s) preferred.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing IT service management processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment with a focus on delivering highquality customer service.

$ $40.03 per hour
