    We are seeking a Sales And Event Manager to join our team at Rosewood Social You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the restaurant operations and events.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily sales operations
    • Generate revenue through the sale of event spaces, large parties, etc
    • Manage and supervise operations including individual and group sales
    • Public relations for media communications
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
    • Manage all aspects of these events and act as onsite manager to ensure events are delivered effectively and professionally
    • Establish sales goals and metrics
    • Train and evaluate employees
    • Resolve escalated customer complaints
    • Contract Management
    • Manage marketing efforts

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • High standards of professionalism and ethics
