As an important part of our company, we are currently looking to fill the following position in our team:
Apprentice IT Specialist (m/f/d)

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • Maintenance and support of customer servers in our own data centers
  • Assisting customers via phone and email
  • Technical implementation of complex customer server orders
  • Installation of customer hardware in our colocation data centers
  • Active participation in the continuous expansion of our data center infrastructure
  • Realization of goaloriented projects as part of a team
To impress us, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English
  • Some experience with hardware, network technology, and Linux is helpful
  • Enjoyment of working with technology
