At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) for NVO Nahverkehr Ostwestfalen at our location in Münster.
Your tasks:

Coordination and quality assurance of purchasing in the bus companies DB Regio Bus NRW
Supraregional purchasing activities, taking into account legal regulations, technical and qualitative requirements, and corporate guidelines for the approved product groups for the bus companies DB Regio Bus NRW
Close cooperation and consultation with team and workshop managers in all purchasing matters (purchasing of services, workshop technology, spare parts, etc.)
Optimization of spare parts management / warehouse management
Participation in the annual warehouse inventories in the NRW workshops
Support of fleet and maintenance coordinators in day-to-day operations and involvement in ongoing projects in fleet management

Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical training, first professional experience desirable
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP/R3K and SAP/ISI desirable
Strong technical and business
