Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate

Experience:


  • Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions
  • Understanding of restaurant or retail math for inventory management
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in brewing or knowledge of different types of beverages is advantageous
  • Exposure to banquet settings is beneficial
